Hey guys! How is your week going? My week is going pretty good. Me and my husband I ordered our new mattress finally! It will be arriving here this Friday. I can't wait! We have been needing one for a while. I was completely overwhelmed by choices, so I just didn't order lol. Last week I tested out the new trend that is going around. Dalgona coffee. The recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. You need to whisk in a large bowl in order to get air into the mixture. If you don't whisk air into the mixture, it won't come out fluffy. The consistency to me is almost like soft-serve ice cream. It is not sweet. I put it over ice. With half and half milk. Then I mix up with a straw. It tastes like a creamy frappuccino minus all the sugar and calories. It will be great in the summertime. Hey guys! It's been a long time since we have talked. A lot has happened. Many of you are probably in your home now due to Corona. Some have been laid off. Some have to work from home. I am sending so much love and prayers to you all. I am home now for the next few months. Or until NYC is opened. I am sharing with you today a new trend that I stumbled across. Whipped Coffee! Happy Wednesday guys. I hope you are having an amazing week. While I was checking my facebook page, I stumbled upon this gorgeous new collection from Le Creuset. It's called Glace' and it's a girls dream come true. All pretty pastels. Shiny as ever. Any one of these pieces would make your kitchen look like a dream! Maybe even bring a smile to your face. I never purchased from Le Creuset because they are usually expensive. None of the colors I was over the moon for to be honest to ever splurge on. But this collection...WOW! I love pastels. Maybe because i'm a spring baby (March 26th is my birthday). So I'm partial to those light colors. Aquamarine is my birthstone. I absolutely love anything Aqua, mint, teal, or tiffany blue. Happy Monday my loves. I hope you had an awesome weekend. We were snowed in here in N.Y.C. Me and my husband enjoyed a relaxing weekend. Just the two of us. I had huge weight loss results from it. Anytime for my body if I do low carb/cut out carbs I have great results. I had just finished a whole30 and it didn’t give me the same effects that i had 4 years ago. I know as women our bodies are constantly changing. I am not 18 anymore so my diet needs to be adjusted even more than before. Keto seemed very easy for me since it was a chance to have dairy again! Also i didn’t feel hungry all the time like before.
