I Made Dalgona Coffee!

Hey guys! How is your week going? My week is going pretty good. Me and my husband I ordered our new mattress finally! It will be arriving here this Friday. I can't wait! We have been needing one for a while. I was completely overwhelmed by choices, so I just didn't order lol. Last week I tested out the new trend that is going around. Dalgona coffee. The recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. You need to whisk in a large bowl in order to get air into the mixture. If you don't whisk air into the mixture, it won't come out fluffy. The consistency to me is almost like soft-serve ice cream. It is not sweet. I put it over ice. With half and half milk. Then I mix up with a straw. It tastes like a creamy frappuccino minus all the sugar and calories. It will be great in the summertime. You can play around with different kinds of milk to pour over or even flavored syrups. If you prefer a more sweet drink. The drink is rich, so for me I won't be having every day.
