Bathandbodyworks Weekend Sale

Good evening my lovelies. I hope you have been enjoying your week. Mine has been good so far. I had a great time spending my five year anniversary with my husband last weekend. Everyday with him is a special occasion. We went out to dinner and I asked to go to the mall.to hit up the bath and body works sale. All the soaps are $2.50. I had a coupon $10 off of $30 so they came to $1.75 each. I also picked up a blinged out dispenser pump for the lotions and a little candle. Yeah I might have an addiction and I'm play with that lol. No more until the semi annual sale which will make all of my money dissapear probably instantly.

Sunday we had such a great day. Did some errands and went to Target. Then my in laws came over to do our yearly holiday baking. We had so much fun and cookies. I have bags and bags in the freezer. I don't trust myself with them out lol. All in all the perfect weekend. I love spending time with my hubby and family so much.

Well enjoy your night and my pictures of the cookies, hand soaps, and wedding flowers  guys xoxo

Amazon.com Order/Pinchme Freebies

It's hump day guys! We are almost there. The weekend is so close. This week has been flying by. Life really needs to try and slow down. Well today I switched my workout routine up and I am doing toning. I have been doing push ups and crunches most of the day. I like to do them every hour so I get in a lot, but take breaks and get work done as well.

Pinchme.com is another freebie website I am signed up with. You get monthly samples. Leave reviews. Get to try new products. I have only had one other box. The others I wasn't quick enough to order in time. This sample box was really good. I received a full sized sample of Secret Deoderant. Scotchbrite sponge. Breatheright nasal strip. Purell hand wipes. Last but not least an Olay body wash. I can't wait to try! December 15th is the next time you can request samples. You have to get there before noon on the dot. The samples will go in a matter of minutes.

The other day I ordered a Brewooze refillable K-Cup for the carafe. It is intended for all 2.0 models. You can basically brew your own coffee in the filter so you don't have to worry about always purchasing K-Carafe K-cups. I instantly fell in love with the carafe on my new Keurig and new it would get expensive if I was buying those k-cups plus the regular. I did a little research on amazon, this one seemed to be good and work on any 2.0 model. It has almost 5 star reviews as well. I will be trying it tomorrow and writing up a review so stay tuned! I am very excited. These little packages made my day :). I will be doing errands the rest of the day as well as food shopping later tonight. I hope you all have a beautiful Wednesday.

Purchase the K-Carafe filter here.

Have you guys purchased a K-Carafe filter yet? Thoughts? Not interested?

Hanukkah Haul: Weekend At Mom's

Good Tuesday afternoon all. I was a bit sick Sunday night into Monday. I had a stomach bug. Thank god it seemed to only last 24 hours. I guess the positive as well as negative of being the healthiest you've ever been is when you put something into your system you normally don't,your body just rejects it :(. I went to my mom's house on Friday to celebrate Hanukkah with my mom. She made a beautiful dinner (which I didn't even pig out) but I think the oil from the latka's bothered me. I never ever eat anything fried. I don't even use oil. Except olive oil. Needless to say I was sick. I am better now. I got right back on track with my cardio in the morning and now I am washing a few loads of laundry while catching up on work. I like to multi-task! My husband is going to see his grandma straight after work tonight. It's her birthday. So it will just be me the rest of the day. Happy birthday to her!

I hope everyone had a beautiful holiday or weekend. Here are a few pictures of some amazing gifts my sister, dad, and mom got me. It was a pleasure seeing everyone as always. My sister outdid herself buying me the new Mia 2 from Clarisonic. I have wanted it for such a long time. I already notice a big difference in my skin. I have only been using it maybe three days now. Morning and night. I love it. The clarisonic makes your skin so smooth after. It doesn't irritate your skin. As well as making the appearance better. Gets rid of any little bumps you have. She gave me a great cleanser from the skincare brand Fresh. You can purchase from Sephora. I give the Clarisonic a 5 coffee cups out of 5. It is really lightweight as well and you can take it in your shower. I love the color as well.

My dad always comes baring coffee gifts for me. Just because. He's very thoughtful. He purchased Starbucks holiday blend and Gevalia colombian. As well as a few candles, and vitamins. Mom gave me so many gifts as well as mascara which to me is like giving me gold lol.

Have you guys ever tried the Clarisonic or do you own one? Thoughts. Comments. Feedback.

Have a great day all and a Happy Hanukkah.

Old Navy Beauty Finds

As I was waiting on line at old navy last week, I stumbled upon these beauty goodies for the face. The mask felt nice and made my skin smooth. The porw strips work just as good as the biore ones. The lashes looked awesome. I wore them on Thanksgiving. Best part was I had a 50% coupon so they were all $4 and the lashes were $1!!!!

Homegoods Weekend Haul

Good late afternoon on this beautiful chilly Monday. The weekends just fly by. It is scary to me sometimes to think and realize how quick life goes by. It also makes me hug my husband a little bit tighter every night. Especially this time of year. We had a busy weekend again. I wanted to do a little more Christmas shopping for some family members on my list. Bathandbodyworks had a great deal. I was able to use my 40% coupon even though the manager said "They don't normally do that". It was within the three day grace period so they need to get it together. I worked retail my whole life and it takes no energy, money, or strength to just honor something. Anywhoo before we enjoyed brunch at a new favorite diner by the mall. Me and my husband love eating at local places to support our borough. (Also I live diners :)). Sunday we had to do the weekly food shopping. It took a while being that we were getting extra for Thanksgiving as well as my husband needed to pick up food to make a baked ziti to bring for work. I think it's nice they are having a pot luck since it's Thanksgiving week.

Last year things were pretty rough. I was working a lot and my husband had lost his job. I didn't really decorate much since I just didn't have the time. I wanted to make things extra special this year. I mean I really do try every year to make it beautiful. The holidays are my favorite. We have been through a lot the past 9 years we have been together. Everyday I am so thankful for those good and bad times. It has brought us very close. Needless to say I saw glitter at Homegoods and wanted to buy everything! I held back. Thank god for that line that was down the store. I kept putting stuff back by the time we got to the register lol. Which of course was annoying my husband. He says "I didn't wait on a line for two hours so you can have nothing to buy by the time we get to the register". I did okay. I picked up a few goodies for around the kitchen to make it look more festive. I wanted tons of candles and glitter. This will do for now. They had an all gold sequined glitter stocking for $30 but I just couldn't justify spending that much on it. I'm sure next time I will though ;).
My holidays colors are mostly gold, a touch of silver, and pale aqua blue. It's chic and festive. I have celebrated Hanukkah and Christmas since I was born so I feel this represents both holidays. I managed to get a Rae Dunn clay piece as well. The only one that was left actually. I thought they were boring at first when I would see the pieces on Instagram and how these women go crazy over them. Now I think they are cute.

Today has been very busy and will be all week. I usually do my cleaning all day Mondays in between work and everything else. I will be cooking later with hubby for his job and for tonight. Tomorrow I have to do a lot of laundry. Wednesday prepping for Thanksgiving. I hope you all are enjoying your Monday and are getting excited for Turkey day. xoxo

Have you guys been doing a lot of holiday decorating? Do you shop at Homegoods? To me it's heaven!

Bathandbodyworks Weekend Haul

Good evening readers! It has been a gloomy slow Wednesday here in N.Y.C. I am guessing it has gone slow mainly because I am stalking my front door waiting for my UPS man! My dad was so kind enough to get me the brand new Keurig. They had an amazing TSV on QVC last week and I could not resist! You get the carafe and a million other things for $139 I believe. It should be coming today. I have already re-arranged my kitchen in preparation for this joyous occasion. I switched my espresso machine to my coffee cart and I will be putting the new Keurig in the kitchen now that I have so much room on my counter. I took away my microwave and toaster oven a while ago, it just freed up so much space on my counter. Plus it's a gorgeous deep mocha color (exclusive to Q.V.C) and I think it will look amazing against my newly painted tiffany blue walls :)

The days and weeks are flying by. That means the holidays are creeping closer. I have been so busy sorry I haven't posted since Sunday. I wasn't feeling well but my hubby managed to drag me out of the house to go to the mall. Although not sure how much of a "drag" it was as more of a nudge. Anyone who knows me knows I will shop anywhere, anytime, even on my death bed LOL. This picture is of the $3 body lotion sale from bathandbodyworks. I bought all of them other than 2 for gifts to pack up. The soaps I really didn't need to be honest because I still haven't even used up one bottle since my last haul. The coupon I had (Spend $30 get 10 off) I didn't qualify for just with the lotions. You see it was an absolute madhouse. There was no room to move. The line was out the door. My husband left me alone as usual :( So I grabbed the ones I remember my family members liked as well as one for me. I couldn't see any more. The new soap bottles are so chic and they were 4/$14 so I grabbed them and ran on the very long line. I felt like I was at Disney Land. At that moment I felt so utterly grateful to not be working in retail anymore. I had done those lines and holidays ever since I was 18 years old. It was time for me to do what I deserve and love. I am very thankful my husband takes care of me that I am able to do that.

After that I went to Sephora to use my 20% off V.I.B sale. I just purchased my makeup and a new nail polish bottle. That was it. With the holidays coming up I don't like to get too much in case I get a gift card.

How are the holidays shaping up for you guys? Are you planning for Thanksgiving? Going to relatives house? Let me know I love to hear your stories :)

Kohls Wax Melt Review

Good evening all. Its Tuesday night and my allergies haven't let up all week. I powered through cardio in the afternoon. Took my vitamins. Drank tons of green tea and water, but nothing let's up😩.
Yesterday I decided to burn a new wax melt "autumn hayride" from kohls candle section. It smells divine! Pure holiday in one little melt. It smells like a pine tree but fresh not like one that you get for your car. The scent lasted hours. I just loved it. I have to purchase this scent in the candle form. I'm very impressed. This was my first time trying candles/melts from Kohls. I give it a five coffee cup out of 5 review. I will be burning this all through the holidays.

Have you guys tried this scent yet? Do you like Kohls candles?

I must rest now. Goodnight all.

Tassimo Delivery

This flavor is absolutely delicious. I will let myself have one cup on the weekends since there are calories and sugar. If you have a Tassimo I definitely suggest! I love caramel anything ☕🍮.

A Holiday Shelfie

Thank god it's Monday! Hey why not? Who says Monday can't rock as much as Friday? My weekend was really good. I was able to just rest for once and catch up on some new movies. My husband had a boys night out on Saturday. I worked out. Decorated for the holidays as well. (Hence the shelfie photo). Sunday was just sleeping late and football. I usually feel bad if I just relax but I told myself I deserve it and I loved the quality time with my hubbz.
I did my cardio in the morning. It always starts the day off right. I've had such a busy productive morning after my workout. I received good news that Amazon picked me to be an AMZ reviewer for them. They send you tons of products for free and they only ask you to review honestly. Yes please! Such an honor. I am very proud of where my blog has started and where it is going. The more I work, network, and commit the better results I get. Just like anything in life. I actually taught myself how to do a blog. Templates. Embeded codes. Adding ads. It has not been easy. No one knows how much work it is and how tough it can be. Well maybe except for my husband who always supported me. As well as other fellow bloggers. He always brags to everyone about me. Which is super cute as well as a huge motivator.
Speaking of Amazon, I received my coffee/mascara order from them late on Saturday night. I think it's a little weird they deliver at 8:30 at night. But that's just me. I will be working the rest of the afternoon as well as doing my usual Monday cleaning. I was feeling a a little under the weather yesterday, but I think it might just be allergies. Even though I take a pill every morning and a million vitamins...

Here is a pretty picture I thought I would share of me starting to decorate for the holidays little by little. I put some Christmas lights around my book shelf and added holiday items. My color scheme will be gold/silver/aqua again. I will also be posting a picture after of my coffee shipment from Amazon. I hope you all have an incredible Monday. I miss my hubby already and can't wait for him to get home :)

Ikea Winter Catalog

T.G.I.F my little dolls! I hope you all had a wonderful week. Mine was okay. Everyday to be alive is a good day. Seemed like it went by so fast. Today have errands, work, and beauty projects. Maybe shopping later tonight when hubby gets home. Of course I will be posting Friday's Manicure later. First I want to share with you exciting news again....

Ikea's Winter Holidays are now open online and in stores. You can browse here for inspiration as well as shopping for great Holiday items for cheap. My favorites are their lights and candle holders. They are shiny, festive, and fit in well with everyone's decor. Some of their house items you can even buy as a gift. Who wouldn't want some great candles from Ikea for their apartment for the holidays? I would! Again, we are all budgeting and short on cash during the holidays (due to all the spending lol) so wouldn't it be great to be able to decorate for less? I actually just went through my holiday stuff last night. Got rid of some old mugs and holiday decor that I've had for way too many years. Since they were probably cheap to begin with they turned a bit dirty and old ;(. No good. I figure the more I tossed in the garbage the more I can buy ;)

Well enjoy the online shopping guys. I am off to start my day! You guys have a great day and weekend.

Green Mountains New Coffee House K-Cups

Hello readers! It is a very dark and gloomy day here in N.Y.C. It's a great day to be curled up on the couch with coffee and a good book :). My hubby had an extra day off from work (since he has never called out) and he decided to take it today. I am so glad. I love to see him get a break from work. He works so hard and does everything in his power to give me a great life! I am always thankful. This month I am participating in #30daysofthanks on Instagram. It's a fun way to post a picture each day and have a thankful thought. It really should be #365 days of thanks, but at least one or two months is better than nothing.
I had a nice strength training work out in the morning while hubby sleeped in. I use the weights and did arm workouts, squats, etc. Then I proceeded to stretch and integrate into yoga. It felt great. I get so caught up in doing cardio every day a week I forget that it's good to switch it up to new routines. As well as stretching which is so good for the body. The muscles. All those joints that we are hard on everyday.
I am going to go through all of my holiday stuff in a minute and throw out all the old decorations. I don't really have much.
I haven't purchased much in a while. Last year I only bought a little tree and some lights I was working in the city so much didn't have the time. I thought I will go through to see what I need this way I can buy more at Target lmaooooo!!

I received an email from Green Mountain today with exciting news. They have three new K-Cup flavors available in a coffeehouse style! The three flavors are: Salted Caramel Macchiato, Cappuccino, and Vanilla Latte. Each K-Cup will come with a packet that you will place into your cup prior to brewing the K-Cup. "Real ingredients featuring sea salt, caramel, skim milk, sugar and as always fair trade coffee". These look just like the version Gevalia came up with a while back but I would venture to say they taste a lot better. Green Mountain is known for their quality ingredients and fair trade coffee. Price is $11.99 per 9 count box. I guess these would be good maybe one for the weekend to last. Still is better than going to Starbucks to buy a $7.00 drink just for one day. You can purchase here on their website.
If I buy any I will do a review to follow.

Have you guys purchased these yet? Do you think they are good? Worth the money?

Keurig 2.0 My K-Cup Re-Usable Filter

Happy Monday and November to you all! I am so excited. It is my favorite time of year. I probably will begin holiday decorating this week. I don't want to hear it. I love the lights. The music. The food. Why just put up your tree for one week a year when you have two months? No comments lol. I have been busy all day since I woke. Just finished doing three loads of laundry. All the towels and sheets. I need some lunch. But first. Some exciting news.... She's here!!! The new Keurig 2.0 my kcup reusable filter that everyone has been waiting for is here!!! Take a look. I am so excited that the new brewers can use this. Not only do a plan to buy the new Keurig (if I don't get one as a Christmas present) but I would definitely like to buy a filter and stock up on some ground favorites. I love this video because it shows you how to use it as well as trouble shoot a few issues you might run into. I think now that they brought the filter out to work with the new brewer a lot more people are going to buy them. That's just my opinion ;)

Are you guys as excited as I am to buy the new Keurig/Filter???

My New Air Innovations Humidifier

T.G.I.F ya'll. It has been a crappy week but  still in a good mood in a way. After all that I have so much to be proud and thankful for so I'm just keepin it moving!

My mom was kind enough to buy me this early wedding anniversary gift that I saw on Q.V.C and wanted. I suffer from the indoor heat all winter long. I am lucky my apartment gives so much but it bothers me. I wake up very stuffy and uncomfortable. Anywhoo, this one has a built in filter that never needs to be replaced. A programmable LED setting panel. Whisper quiet design. And last but not least its adorable! Of course I got leopard because I'm a mob wife in my past lifetime 😂🐯.
I will be using it and posting a review next week. So far I'm just one night I woke up less stuffy, I slept straight. It made the room cooler so I wasn't hot and uncomfortable. I really love it. You can check them out on Q.V.C if interested.

Well back to work I go. As well as all day cleaning. Then beauty. They shopping later. I already did my hour of leg/cardio. I'm tired 😴😴😴.

Have a great Friday all!

T.J Maxx Faux Fur Vest Review

Good morning dolls! Its rainy and chilly here in N.Y.C. I love days like this. They seem so refreshing and restorative to me. I am currently oil pulling while I watch the news. Today I have a few things on my to do list, which I am sure will add up by the end of the day. But I am always grateful everyday to be busy. Be working. And most importantly be alive.

I wanted to share this new faux fur vest that I am in love with. Vests have always been tricky for me being that my biggest section is my "chest area". Most vests in my size would flat out not even button. It used to make me upset and think i couldn't wear vests. Then I jus realized I have to find one that is nice enough to buy and honestly I size up! My mom always told me nobody knows what's on your tag. She was right. I hate when I see beautiful young girls try and stuff into jean sizes they were when they were 10 lol. Hey none of us are the same size. You gotta move on girl! You want to be healthy. Wearing those jeans are not. You will look bigger. And not feel good. I never buy anything unless it truly fits now.
I puchased this vest about a month ago at T.J Maxx. This vest is just so much fun! I think it is very chic and rich looking. It has a sweater material in the back which makes it very comfortable. High neck so its good for the cold. A few buttons and then the bottom is open. It is a gray color with black on the reverse. I love it with my black tuxedo pant. But it easily goes with jeans. I love to wear boots with the outfit. I feel it makes it even more edgy. I believe it was about $49.99. I might have posted it before but I wanted to give an updated fall/winter look. I wore this on Sunday just running errands and getting coffee. I was comfortable but felt I could easily be in the city and fit right in. T.J Maxx is a great place to find stylish finds on a budget. Which is what I'm all about!

Do you guys like vests? How about T.J Maxx?

I hope you all have a great Wednesday ☺

Becca Luminizer Review

Happy Tuesday night all. Its been a very low key day for me. I basically worked all day. Then did my cardio. Made dinner and here I am. I also felt so sleepy. (Hormones are creeping in little by little).  Hence why I'm doing a night review. I am very much looking forward to getting an early holiday gift from my mom this week. I will of course be posting the details later in the week. A Target run tomorrow in search of a furry stool. As well as a Halloween bash all weekend with my hubby.
I thought I would do a quick review on a face product that is in my beauty bag.
I use this great product every day over my foundation. I have been in love with this product since the first time I used it.  It is not shiny or sparkly at all (which I hate). You do not want to look like a disco ball. You want to look as if your skin is perfectly hydrated. With a touch of shine.
You can use it before or after foundation. Alone even with your moisturizer for a dewy natural glow. I use after my foundation. On the eyebrow bone. Down the middle of my nose. As well as the top of my cheekbones. Great for contouring without overdoing it.Instructions for application: Dab dab dab. Blend and blend is all. I use my fingers. Everyone is all I to the sponges but I'm old school and a warm finger does the trick. Anything else would probably remove half the product anyway! I give it 5 coffee cups out of 5. I would highly recommend for all looking to add that extra something special to your skin but not sure what. Any skin type would be fine as well. I have used all summer and will continue for winter especially when you need some extra hydration. Can be purchased online at Sephora or at your local Ulta. The price is anywhere from $19 and up.

Weekend Sales 10/23

Good Friday morning! It's a gorgeous day out. I love this fresh crisp air. No more heat please! I just finished an upper body workout. Yesterday was legs and cardio. Now my legs are so heavy right now. I am lucky I made it through this workout. I did a Zumba warm up followed by cardio which involved planks and push ups. Ugh.
I have many errands to do but right now I am sipping on some Folgers Vanilla Biscotti which is delicious!

Here is the run down for all the specials going on now involving coffee, tea, and more :)

*Macys's is having a big one day sale ending tomorrow. ALL OF THEIR COFFEE MAKERS ARE ON SALE. I REPEAT ALL OF THEIR COFFEE MAKERS ARE ON SALE. BUY ONE NOW FOR A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER AND SAVE FOR THE HOLIDAYS. Plus free shipping on all orders $25 or more.

*Check your mailbox or email for a 20% off coupon from bedbathandbeyond. I just received two in the mail and one online. They also offer free shipping pretty much on almost every coffee item. So check it out. I buy my K-Cups from there all the time.

*If tea is more of your liking, check out mightyleaf for their early holiday sale. Get 30% off holiday gift items. Use code JOY15 at checkout.

*Singlejoecoffee "the best place to buy single serve" is offering 15% off any order over $75. Has to be from their office coffee collection. Use coupon code OFFICE at checkout.

*Jcpenny is also having a big sale 30-50% off kitchen appliances. All of the coffee makers are on sale. (But just a tip, do not buy the Keurig with them. They will jack the price up and say $175 reg so you think you are getting a deal at $120. But QVC and bedbathandbeyond are usually the cheapest prices and then you can use a coupon. Just a little heads up. I've noticed this at Macys and Jcpenny. A regular coffee maker on sale is okay. The Keurig or single serve they definitely raise the prices. It's not really a sale. FYI. ) They are also offering an extra 25% off for a friends and family event. If ordering online use promo code 2BHAPPY at checkout. Restrictions may apply*.

I hope you guys get a good deal this weekend! If I see any more I will repost. I wish you all a happy and safe weekend.

Sinful Nail Polish Review

Good afternoon and welcome to a Tuesday review. I have done reviews pretty much about everything over the years. Today will be for a new item I am all about. Sinful Nail Polish. I have been using them every Friday when I give myself a manicure/pedicure. I thought it would be only fitting to do a review!
Today has been a good busy day so far as should the rest of the week. I have a lot to do as well as a lot of work to catch up on. What else is new?

About a year or two ago when I was working in the city one of my managers had first told me about Sinful nail polish. I complimented how amazing her manicure looked. The color was so vibrant. Shiny. Fresh. I thought she had them done. Turned out it was Sinful Nail Polish. She told me I could get it right at the local Duane Reade on the corner. We would all frequent there on breaks and to pick stuff up before heading home on the train. That was where I purchased my first bottle of Sinful nail polish.
Now I don't remember exactly what color it was. But she was definitely right about it being a great product. The nail polish will last about a week. Give or take. The more you take care of your nails probably the longer it will last. Each store has a different selection. They are only $1.99! Only $2 for a manicure at home?? Yes please. I try to purchase every time I am in Rite Aide or Target. Just this week Rite Aide had buy 1 get 1 free. I mean come on. They are cheap as it is, but a free one? I got the color that is shown in the above photo. I was in love! It looked like I also had them done. I let them dry a long time to keep them from smudging. No bubbles or anything. I use a Sally Hansen High gloss top coat to help keep them from fading/chipping. They have all colors. Metallics, Shimmer, glitter, matte, etc. I have been building up a nice collection but would still like some more. One or two of the "specialty" versions such as the matte I wasn't a fan of. But I would still rate them a 4 out of 5 coffee cups. I have gotten Essie as well as many "expensive" polishes. Let me tell you, some times it makes no difference. Essie chips on me just as much as a cheap one. If not more sometimes. I would get a manicure every week but they chip after two days for me. I find if I use a good base/top coat and do them at home I will get at least a week out of the polish. To me that's worth doing them myself! The bottle seems small which for me is a good idea. It helps when you are polishing. It won't get everywhere. As I said you can find in most retail stores. Target, Rite Aide, CVS, Walmart. Here is there personal website in case you would like to check out their swatches as well as purchase online. Have fun!

I would highly recommend you guys to try. There is a color for everyone. You have nothing to lose.

Why Carrots Really Are Good For Your Eyes - Dr. Weil's Weekly Bulletin

Why Carrots Really Are Good For Your Eyes - Dr. Weil's Weekly Bulletin

Happy Friday October babies! I am having a beautiful day relaxing and getting my spa on. Usually on Friday's I let myself "chill". I do a mani/pedi. Face mask. Etc. I like to save going to the actual nail salon for special occasions. I have to admit I have gotten pretty good at doing my own nails. I don't even mind doing them. It's very relaxing and cathartic to me. It reminds me taking care of my body is important. Feeling and looking beautiful go hand in hand. Plus it gives me something to look forward to all week. I work hard and deserve it as well. Everyone does!

Speaking of taking care of your body and health, I am sharing this great article with you from Dr. Weil. It talks about the correlation between fruits and veggies on the health of your eyes. Myself having a bit of an eye health scare the past month knows how important this is. Our eyes are often neglected. We always talk about cancer or heart disease (which is equally important). Eyes are so important as well. Can you imagine your life without them? So why not eat to fuel them. To take care of them. I know I do now. I also take a vitamin chock full of these ingredients listed by Dr. Weil.
I hope you find it informative. Have a beautiful weekend all.

Don't forget to treat yourself to something special. You deserve that everyday. Life is a gift :)

Martinsons (Joes) Pumpkin Pie Kcup Review

Hello everyone. We are halfway through the week. I have so many errands to do later including my workout but I am just sitting here working and enjoying my coffee. Hope you are all having a beautiful morning. I have been drinking so much coffee that sometime's I forget to do reviews! I am going to be doing a brand new review for you today on a new favorite of mine for fall. Martinsons Pumpkin Pie K-cup. I know you are probably tired of hearing me talk about pumpkin spice anything right about now, but bare with me. This K-cup is really good. It is flavored but in a mild way. Not too light or watered down which many flavored coffee's can be. Good pumpkin flavoring. With or without milk tastes good. My best coffeediva tip for Keurig users would be to always brew "flavored" coffee on a smaller setting. So for me I use the 4oz setting with equal parts steamed milk to make it more like a cappuccino. It ensures that you get a stronger bolder flavor. Unless of course you like it light. One big way the pumpkin pie flavor is different from pumpkin spice (In case you were wondering) is the spice. You don't get that cinnamon nutmeg spicy flavoring you get with pumpkin spice. So this could be a good alternative for someone who does like pumpkin but without the added flavoring. I give it 4 coffee cups out of 5. I think it's a great everyday coffee to enjoy. Even if it isn't fall, I would love to drink this coffee. I ordered on amazon.com. They had a good price.

Do you guys drink Martinsons? I find their K-Cups to be really good. Do you guys like Pumpkin Pie Coffee or are you over it?

Natural Sleep Aid Part 2: Chamomile Tea - Dr. Weil's Weekend Tip

Natural Sleep Aid Part 2: Chamomile Tea - Dr. Weil's Weekend Tip

Happy Monday. Most of you probably have off today. Me and my husband are working. It's a beautiful day. I am taking a day off from my cardio since i pulled my right hamstring. It feels a lot better than yesterday but just in case I want to give it one more day to rest. I will be focusing on arms/abs today. I finally slept last night which brings me to this post. If you guys read my blog regularly you will even know that I have trouble sleeping many nights. I can feel such a difference in my body from how I used to sleep. Hormonal changes. Sleeping with a partner. Stress. All of these things can make sleeping something that feels more like a chore at times. I take melatonin. I wear an eye mask to block out the light. Whatever I can do to help me fall asleep. Some nights it's just not happening. I wonder if I start drinking Chamomile tea at night if it would make a difference. My biggest problem isn't always falling asleep. Usually I can fall asleep. Then at about 2:00 am I'm wide awake and I toss and turn the rest of the morning. Well I'm willing to try.

Hope you all have a beautiful productive positive week. Do you guys use Chamomile before sleep? Does it really help? Or it just relaxes? I'm curious. Do tell.

Keurig Kold Review CNET.COM

Happy Friday all. It might be storming up where you are in the country. It is here in N.Y.C. It is even down right cold. I actually just purchased this beautiful electric fireplace from QVC and I just put the heat on now. I am cold and am not able to regulate my heat since I live in a high rise building. Usually in the winter they blast the heat but occasionally it will feel cold. We have tile floors in the whole apartment other than the living room/bedroom area. That gets very chilly as it is. I am hoping this helps on some days when needed (like today) as well as for the beautiful ambiance. I will be keeping the fireplace out all year. It's a chic piece of furniture! Whatever you guys are up to I hope you stay warm and safe through this storm.

You might have heard about the Keurig Kold machine. I have posted a few links about information on the machine. I was forwarded this great review from my mom's boyfriend today on cnet.com. My opinion is this: It is a beautiful machine but it is huge as the reviewer says. The price tag is way too high. A whopping $369 on Keurig.com. Also not many people are drinking soda now a days. Which is a great thing. I am just shocked that they think there would be an overwhelming market for this machine. I myself have a soda stream which you can get for $60 on amazon now. The drinks last forever. I like to use to make seltzer water to be honest. Once in a blue moon ill make "diet soda". But for me I just like the fizzy water and I add fresh fruit to make it healthy. My husband will drink the regular syrups but it is still less sugar he is drinking than other sodas on the market. My point is you can get a soda stream instead of paying rent for a Keurig Kold. The machine is massive so where are you putting it? Oh it makes the drinks cold? Okay so again buy the sodastream and add some ice. Are we really that lazy America?

Read the reviewers thoughts on the machine. What do you guys think? Do you agree with me and think this machine is absurd?Or are you dying to buy one?

My DIY Ottoman Makeover

Happy Thursday all! It is very chilly and dark outside but warm and sunny inside with my new ottomans. I had inherited these two tables from my mother in law. I love the versatility of them. They hold a lot of items inside and have a flip top table tray. They were a chestnut brown on top with a taupe color on the bottom. Which made them very easy to blend with any colors or style decor. The top had chipped even when we first had them, but now they definitely needed a makeover. I was just using it on the other side with a styling tray. The other morning I just woke up and thought of the idea to paint the tops. I remember my MIL telling me she would take brown paint to cover nicks. I had leftover paint from the hallway in the dark rich teal. I painted them. Took about two coats. It was easy. I taped them off to be careful not to get any on the material side. Even after just one coat they looked better. But now I just love them. The teal is my favorite of all the jewel tones. It looks rich, shiny, and chic. I feel like I went out and purchased to high end CB2 tables for 200 each easily. I am really happy and proud! I love that the sun or even the clouds reflect off the top and bring in light. The paint is semi-gloss. On the tables they look high gloss. Which is why they look more expensive. Plus the bottom is still taupe which gives it a more eclectic feel. It was a little bit of a pain at first to dry because of course I painted on a very humid day. Patience was never my strong suit. Now they have dried nice. The items stick a bit but if I had to move them around a little windex on a cloth would do the trick. No big deal.

Do you guys like? What are your favorite DIY projects? I have been on a roll the past year. I used to just buy everything new but now I love to reuse an older item if I can. Well enjoy your rainy day. Stay safe and warm all.

YvesSaintLaurent Black Opium Perfume Review

I just received this free sample from Influenster and YSL for the new Black Opium perfume. I was really hoping for a full size bottle plus this perfume  is amazing! This isn't your mom or grandmas Opium like we all remember. Its sophisticated and modern. Sexy. Woodsy. Spicy. The after tones are beautifully sweet. Jasmine and vanilla with a hint of raspberry. I just love it. I wish the price was a bit less but will make a nice splurge for the holidays. This is 100% my taste and scent. I give it five coffee cups out of five!!!

Free Dunkin Donuts Coffee Today!

Happy Tuesday/National Coffee Day! My husband always makes me laugh. I told him what holiday it was he says "I really think people just make up stuff to be a holiday now"! LOL I agree. It seems like any little thing is "national day". If you are a coffee lover like I am then you should rejoice. This past weekend into the new week has been very busy. I haven't really had a "rest day" so I know I have slacked on the posts (I hope you guys still love me). I got up today and randomly thought to paint the top of these two ottomans that I inherited from my mother in law. They are very nice and I love that the top flips up to store items on, but the brown was chipped bad. Rather than go out and buy brown paint I love to use what I already have. When I makeover an already existing item in my apartment it gives me so much joy. I feel like I went furniture shopping without actually buying anything! Cardio is done for the day as has been pretty much every morning. I am very proud of myself. Now I have to catch up on some cleaning errands as well as getting updated on my latest posts for you guys!! Stay tuned and have a beautiful afternoon all :)

Crest Pro-Health Advanced+Extra Whitening Review

I am a member of Bzzagent.com and my latest campaign is Crest Pro-Health Advanced plus extra whitening mouth wash. I #gotitfree to say #byebyeburn!! No other mouth wash you have tried has been as effective as this one! First off, the mouth wash has many benefits in using besides just whitening. In just *7 days it can give you a more healthy smile*. Stronger teeth. Less bad breath. Restore your enamel. As well as kill germs and cavities and the best one yet, whiten your teeth. Just one minute twice a day can reserve your spot in having a beautiful but more important HEALTHY smile. Without the burn. When I use the mouth wash it does not burn. You just feel bubbles. It actually feels good. You look forward to using it knowing you are swishing your way to a healthy smile :). I usually use strips every 6 months to a year. They always make my teeth sensitive. It's never a good experience. These I would recommend to anyone looking to have a healthy mouth or whiter teeth or both! I will be buying this again instead of using the strips for now on. I give it 5 coffee cups out of 5. Available at most drug stores or online for purchase. Average price is $4.99. Definitely worth it.

Tuesday Nightstands

Happy Tuesday all. I'm enjoying a nice hot pumkin spice latte now while the chilly air flows in. I took yesterday off to relax my legs and body. I worked out all week straight. Then on the weekend I walked many miles. Needless to say I needed to chill. I just rested in bed. No work out. I organized a little and did a meal prep for the week. Finally got to sleep last night as well after taking a hot bubble bath and a melatonin. One more thing to add to the list of why I love fall. Hot bubble baths and showers at night 😊.
After this coffee it is back to cardio. I just wanted to share this adorable dresser my mom got me two weeks back. It is so cute I put it in my bedroom and have loved it ever since. It has three draws as you can see so I use it to hold extra beauty items and what not. I just adore it. I'm thankful she got it for me.

Well you all enjoy your Tuesday!! I will be posting details and updates later on my shopping haul from this weekend.

Aveeno Positively Radiant Moisturizer Review

Good Monday morning to you all. I did not sleep that well, but I am up and ready to go. I hope you all had a great weekend. Mine was very event filled (I think that's why I didn't sleep well. My body needs some rest). I thought my husband was supposed to work on Sunday but then he didn't have to. We took a last minute trip to the Palisades mall in West Nyack. The mall is huge. There is about 4 floors I believe. I wanted to do some fall and winter shopping. We both purchased a few nice shirts. Some other cute items. We went to dinner. It was a perfect Saturday. Sunday I just wanted to stay home. Rest. Watch football. But I wound up tagging along with my hubby to return something in Yonkers. Of course I always find shopping everywhere I go :( so then I went to bath and body works. The list continues on until about 7pm. Needless to say my legs are sore from all that walking! I think I will skip my workout today lol.

I received a free sample shipment from Crowdtap and Aveeno for free for Aveeno Positively Radiant Moisturizer SPF30. I have been using them during the week. I will say I do really like Aveeno products. They are calming. They never break me out or have too harsh of a fragrance. This moisturizer just didn't do it for me. It was a little heavy. Had a strong smell of SPF. It does absorb quick as a plus. I just didn't like it. Maybe in the winter when my skin is a bit more dry or with more use. I have only used it a few times. Right now it is still in between weather. Fall/late summer. For me if I wear anything thick or heavy I will break out with little bumps I notice. I would recommend for anyone who has very dry skin and SPF is a high concern. I wear SPF25 with my makeup. So I am covered being that I do find SPF important for your skin. This one was just not my cup of tea. I give it 2 coffee cups out of 5. Maybe 3 in the winter.

Have you guys ever tried this product? Do you use SPF on your face everyday? Please let me know I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Have a wonderful week all!

September Pumpkin Favs

Good evening on this beautiful Thursday night. Okay I would prefer it cooler but I don't control mother nature. I hope everyone had a great day. Mine was productive but it dragged :(. I got a very sweaty cardio session in the morning in. I love working out and sweating like there is no tomorrow before I shower and take on the world. It feels cathartic.
One of my many favorite stores is Trader Joes. I took my weekly pilgrimage there last night and found my new two favorites for September. Naturally they are food and coffee 😊. Pumpkin Biscotti and Pumpkin Spice K-cups 🎃🎃. Holy canoli right? They are so dang good. You guys have to try. Let me just preface by saying I have had my many different varieties of pumpkin spice. This one my friends is the best.
First off the smell. It smells like heaven, thanksgiving, and a gorgeous crisp autumn day when you open the package to take out a k-cup. Yes I just said all that! Second, its fresh! You can see the ground coffee and smell the nutmeg clove and ginger. When you brew a cup, even if you add milk it doesn't water down the flavor or coffee consistency like a lot of other brands do. Third the most important. The flavor. I think it is exa fly what pumpkin spice should taste like. The perfect blend of those holiday spices and a medium roasted coffee. It is divine! I had two cups today. I made my own cappuccino with my new handy milk frother 😋. Starbucks PSL ain't got nothing on J.H.C (Jennifer Hope Colon).
I highly reccomend you get a box. P.S a 12 count is only $4.49. I will probably be buying one a week until the end of the winter. Just saying. Stock up and definitely put out for the holidays.
Oh right the biscotti. The biscotti is literally identical to the coffee. Fresh spices and flavor with the backdrop of pumpkin flavor. Not all pumpkin items I like and this one is so good. I give both products 5 coffee cups out of 5 ☕☕. I can't wait to have the coffee in the morning. One before my work out and one after.

I am drinking a nice glass of malbec. If I so have a glass occasionally I like to drink red since it's healthier. I am waiting for Thursday night football. Is there anything better than fall or winter and football??? NO there is not!

Have you guys tried these yet? Did you like? What are your favorite September items? I'd love to hear.

Folgers Flavors Coffee Enhancers Review

Hello everybody. How was your weekend? Mine was great. I went to my mom's house on Friday and stayed until Sunday. We had a nice dinner with my mom and her boyfriend. Went to do a little shopping Saturday. Then Sunday I left. But before I took the trip home I went to the local mall and I purchased a few goodies at White Barn Candle in the mall. It was great seeing my family as well as getting as getting away for a little.
Well it's Monday. It's the holiday (Rosh Hashanah- Happy new year all). It's beautiful out. I been busy all day but I think we need to do a new coffee review. Don't you? Today I will be reviewing Folgers flavors coffee enhancers. I received a free package to try out from Crowdtap and Folger's for free. They come in four different flavors. Mocha, Caramel, Hazelnut and Vanilla. I have tried three of them so far. My favorite is Caramel. I love to make a latte and drizzle on top. The Vanilla is also good. I'm not usually a mocha person so I have kind of left that for last. It's just a subtle flavor. A little bit goes a long way. They are in an individual bottle. You can take anywhere being that they are not needed to be kept in the fridge. They basically add a little flavor to your coffee when you are in the mood. Something different to switch up your normal regular coffee routine. You can order online here for $12.00 (Comes 4 in the pack). It has no calories or sugar. It can really be used with anything. There are no limits. I think this product is great for people on the go. You never know where you are. What you will eat or need. This is good to take to work with you because you don't have to refrigerate. I would give it 3 coffee cups out of 5. (4 for the caramel ;).

Have any of you guys tried these Folgers Flavors Coffee Enhancers yet? Would you? Why or why not?

How to Make a Pumpkin Spice Latte

Aroma Milk Frother Review

Happy post Labor Day everyone. I hope you had a safe and fun holiday. I got so much done over this past weekend. I am still tired. I repainted the last wall that needed a coat in my living room. (It used to be bright red. Didn't go with my aquamarine color). It was a project of course. I had to take down this huge shelving system my husband put up (that I hated). Plug the holes. Paint pretty much around a huge flat screen T.V (I didn't want to remove it). Then there were a million wires behind the desk which were driving me nuts after seeing how pretty the wall came out. I added command hooks to the back of the desk to try and corral the wires the best I could. It's not perfect, but nothing is. It's a 95% improvement. I love the color of the wall. Everything goes and has a calming open flow to the apartment now. The color on the wall opened the space.
In between that. We went shopping to a few stores. I needed a new bathroom set. Naturally I can't just do one thing at a time. So I proceeded to wipe down the whole shower rod of dust and mildew. Sprayed it down with DW40 to make it glide and not squeak. (That was another project going around the house and spraying hinges on closets so no more squeaky doors and closets lol). Then I put the new liner and curtain up. Cleaned the whole tub, toilet, added a candle. By then I lost five pounds in sweat because it was so hot and humid. But it looked way better. I had a white shower curtain up there before. Never buy a white shower curtain people. No matter how clean you are. I had to throw it away. The new one I got from Homegoods was very pretty. Nice aqua and brown but vintage. Not bright.
Let's see what else...Oh I purchased a can of white spray paint which you guys know by my last posts I am completely obsessed with DIY with spray paint. I have had this crazy idea for a while to spray paint my Keurig white. It was dark maroon before. I was over the color after even a year or two of having it. I should have gotten the silver or black. Even so I'd probably want to spray paint it lol. Everyone thought I was nuts. But I don't care. I knew my creative genius would shine through like a bright star. I taped up the Keurig. Said my prayers and last goodbyes. And Voila' the Keurig is all white now. The satin spray paint really came out great. It looks very chic. Bright. Contemporary. I adore it. I am extremely proud of how much I've let my talent and creativity come through in designing. I consider myself an "amateur designer" now lol. Each year I become more advanced and knowledgeable. I am still taking my classes online as well. It's the little things make me happy. The spray paint is about $7 at home depot. I did about 5 projects with it. Including the Keurig I spray painted two picture frames and this other decorative piece I have on my bar cart. It's a way to re-use your otherwise outdated pieces. Now I was able to add to the hallway with this adorable mirror I purchased at Homegoods. My gallery wall is finally starting to look like a gallery!
We also did shopping, took my ring to get cleaned and inspected since it was the 6 month mark, and went out to eat every night (we splurged for the holiday. .I ate healthy at least). But I've already taken up half a page so let me get to the review right?

One of the stores I had to go in was Target. Oh my god what a surprise! Me and Target???? LOL Once again I went in only for toothpaste and paper towels and $50 dollars later I was out. I always go in first and get a head start while my husband sits in the car for a little. I picked up everything I came in there for for once. Then as he was meeting me there were herds of people just pouring in. Which was really weird because when I first entered it was empty. Anywhoo I got really frantic and just stood in an aisle to hide from the people LOL. The aisle happened to be with the coffee appliances. (Again go figure?)As I am trying to direct my husband to where I am (mind you I was whistling so he would hear my voice). I happen to look in front of me and see red clearance stickers. Aren't those the happiest sight in the world when you are in Target? It is an Aroma stainless steel milk frother. On clearance for $27.99 from $39.99. I then proceed to put half my stuff back because above all else priority is making cafe' style quality coffee at home!
My husband of course said yes to get it knowing how I am with coffee. I brought it home and immediately took it out to try.
I don't know why it only got about three stars on Target. I found it to be perfect! First off it comes with two attachments. One for making your hot steamed milk for latte's. Another for whipping and frothing for Cappuccino's. Both work perfectly. At first I didn't have the attachment pushed down enough so it came loose. But I pushed it down and it's worked good ever since. I tried both attachments. It steams the milk and makes it hot. The frother whips up so much foam and froth I had extra I didn't know what to do with it! You can add syrups to really make "coffee house" drinks. Vanilla, Caramel, etc. I used to use my handheld frother from Ikea but this is such an upgrade. The best thing is you pour the milk in to the Max line. Press the button once, and if you want it the hottest it can go you leave it for the full two minutes. It stops on it's own. So you know it's done. Even if you only use to heat the milk it's worth it. Every time I make coffee it gets cold in like a minute. This makes the coffee last longer because the milk is hot.
I have used it everyday since. I LOVE it. I know they sell ones for $100 but this seems perfect for me. The foam is high. You get a lot. The steamed milk feature is great too. I love having it on my counter. It's small and doesn't take a lot of space. The design is sleek in stainless steel. It is easy to clean. Just rinse with hot water after use. Or wipe with a clean sponge/cloth.
I give it 4 coffee cups out of 5. Here is the link if interested in purchase.
You can use it for so many things other than coffee. Steamed milk for your tea or chai latte. Hot milk for hot chocolate. Really anything you can think of with hot milk. For me it's to be my own Starbucks Barista. They are SO overpriced. You guys know I've written this many times. This ensures that I really never have to buy outside coffee.
If you are dieting, or on a budget now you can control those variables. Add sugar free syrups or agave to flavor your latte/cappuccinos. I will be trying with flavored milks to see if it can whip them up. I have only used with half/half. You can use your reusable mugs or get the chinet disposable cups for your grocery and take your fancy drinks with you anywhere now!!!!!

Do you guys own a milk frother? What model? What do you use it for?

My New Glasses

Happy Thursday guys! It is still hot and steamy here in N.Y.C. I am definitely not a summer person as it is, but I hate when it just keeps dragging on in September. I guess I wouldn't mind it as much if I could open a window at least. It is so humid though. :(.
I went to pick up my new glasses yesterday at Metro Optics in Throggs Neck. I can't say enough about them. They are so sweet. Kind. Understanding. Not pushy at all! Everyone I dealt with was nicer than the last. The lady sat me down and explained to me when and where I would wear my glasses. For me it's not really if I can't see something. It's more of a blurry issue. When I wear the glasses they just make everything seem 10X's clearer. More vibrant. No blur at all. I am supposed to wear them while on the computer. Reading. If I am on my phone a while. Definitely distance. If my eyes feel tired. Also at night or when it starts getting dark out. That's when things were most blurry for me. They feel great. I don't even feel like I have to adjust at all to them. I also found a specialist I called to go to next Thursday to double check my eyes. I hope I get in. These eye specialists have very minor hours :(. I'm sure the day of I will be nervous. I will try to stay as calm as I can as the other eye doctors said not to worry. I talked to my dear friend from work and she advised me also not to be upset. The doctor actually told her the same thing. She has a astigmatism like me. They said you just have to make sure to go once a year. I felt like a weight was lifted off.
I have been on a major health kick lately. I am working out all the time, counting my calories and steps. I just feel great. I purchased some more vitamins last night at Trader Joe (Eye formula & super greens powder) as well as my weekly shopping. I am very proud of myself. Today I did a few minutes of jogging. Abs. Squats. Then proceeded to my usual 60 minute cardio workout. Made myself my favorite egg and turkey bacon protein breakfast with coffee. Here I am working. How do you guys stay fit? What are some good protein packed breakfasts you eat after a workout? I'm always looking for new recipes.

Hope you all have a wonderful day. I will be catching up on a lot of work. Blogging. Oh and more coffee but of course ;)

Cottonelle Flushable Cleansing Cloths Review

Happy First day of September all!I hope this month brings positive opportunities. Good health. Love. Great coffee. And everything your heart desires for this month. Sorry for the few days absence. I had a bit of a health scare you can say over the weekend. I went to get a routine eye exam on Saturday with my husband. Me and my husband will both have to wear glasses. He was definitely more blind than me lol. I will just be wearing mine for distance and on the computer when they start bothering me. The doctor did inform me that I had slight pressure in my eyes and wanted me to see a specialist just in case. I naturally freaked out and started crying. I've never had an issue with my eyes or "pressure". One of the owners/doctors came over to calm me down. She was so nice and understanding and explained to me what the doctor did in a more compassionate way. She said my vision was still great and they just check things out now so god for bid in the future there will never be an issue. I felt much better after that. That doctor scared me. All I heard was "glaucoma" and "lose your sight" and I felt like I was in a fog. Turns out my dad has the same problem. Even down to the same eye. It's hereditary as are most health issues. Which kind of makes me mad because it's not something you have control over. Then again that is life right. I will keep you guys posted after my visit with the specialist. That will be a whole other issue finding someone in my insurance network. I am looking forward to getting my new glasses. My husband is like a little kid waiting for them lol. The doctors said he should have gotten them checked years ago! That's men for you.

I am a member of Crowdtap and the month of August I received a free mission from Cottonelle. They sent me a few packs of their flushable cleansing cloths. I know bathroom talk isn't something I normally do. Truth is, we all go to the bathroom. Having something as effective as the flushable cloths are helpful. I love using them at home. They get the job done. They clean you well. No residue. I also love bringing a pack with me. You never know when you are out and that bathroom you go into doesn't have anymore toilet paper. When you have a "not so fresh" feeling. There are so many different ways these cloths come in handy. Especially the summer time! I would give them 3 coffee cups out of 5. I'd give a higher review if the scent was better. Which I wasn't a fan of. Other than that I recommend for busy women and moms.

I am trying to still keep my busy routine and not think too much into things. I do from time to time, but I know everything will be fine and I'm most likely over reacting as the doctor told me. I am going to be rummaging through my fall items. See what I have. What I need to get the apartment ready for the fall season. I'm changing the sheets in the bedroom and the kitchen products as well. It's very hot here so I will try and get a work out in later.

My Summer Beauty Essentials

Good Wednesday evening! It was a beautiful day here in N.Y.C. I had a productive early morning cardio workout today followed my cleaning, errands, work, and some weekly Trader Joe shopping. My sister was nice enough to give me a Vivofit 2 Bracelet over the weekend. It is so cool. It tracks your steps, calories, as well as your sleep. I downloaded the fitness app to track my calories. I felt that I wanted to be more strict on calorie count. This app even lets you scan items on your phone so you can never cheat! I love it. It makes me not want to eat at night knowing i'll have to account for it in my diary. I have been doing great since I downloaded it! I feel motivated. I'm so thankful she gave it to me:)
The summer is nearing to an end. That might make some people happy. Some people sad. No matter which one you are, I thought I'd do my summer beauty essentials list. It's hard to narrow it down being that I have so many favorites. But I tried to pick out a few that I have been using everyday.

1. Philosphy "Summer Grace" perfume. I have been a philosophy lover for many years. I like pretty much every perfume they have out. I get migraines at times. Which makes it impossible to wear perfume. I've grown fond of lighter perfumes such as Philosophy. This one smells just like summer in a bottle with a hint of amazing grace in the background. Think summer with a girly floral twist! This bottle is huge and I'm finally using it up. I wear it everyday. I think it is great for summer when you don't want to wear a heavy perfume. I purchased this at Marshalls for only $19.99. You can probably get on amazon or ebay online if you look it up.

2. Vaseline Spray & Go Cocoa Butter formula. I am a huge lotion and "product" junkie. In the summer however I just can't be bothered. Between the heat and the smell. I hate it. This lotion is perfect. You literally spray and go. It absorbs very quickly. As well as being light. Which is perfect for the summer. You can purchase at any nearby drugstore.

3. This one isn't beauty technically but I added it to the list since I have been using it all summer. Bath and Body works 3 wicks candle in the scent "Summer Bonfire". It smells AMAZING. Again as I stated with perfume, I don't like anything too heavy in the summer. It makes my allergies act up. This scent smells like the perfect beach day without being overwhelming. I use it all the time. Perfect to make your home feel beach ready! You can purchase online or in stores at your local bathandbodyworks.

4. Philosophy "Renewed Hope". My friend Jenny happened to give me this great face lotion a few months back. I believe it was April. It has lasted until now. That makes this wallet friendly. It smells good and feels even better. It's consistency is of a lotion but light. Not heavy at all. I have been using every morning before I put on my makeup. It feels great. It hasn't broken my skin out. I get my usual "hormonal breakouts". Nothing was extra though from this cream. I definitely saw a difference in the overall appearance of my skin after using this product and I would definitely recommend as well as buying again myself. It might be a little to come out of pocket now but lasts a long time. You can purchase in Sephora or qvc.com.

5. Briogeo Blossom & Bloom Ginseng and biotin volumizer. So this product I received in my August Ipsy bag. I used the whole bottle already! Lately I wash and spray a leave in conditioner like this one and just let my hair air dry in a bun and then take down later to wear wavy. It smells great. Doesn't leave any residue. Gives you a noticeably thicker feel. The best thing is it is sold at Sephora. Has great reviews. Its supposed to stimulate the scalp for more hair growth! It's about $18 a bottle but I am definitely going to be buying it next time I can order. You will love the smell for summer. Plus the benefits.

Well I tried to narrow down my list as much as I can. I have so many other picks but I wanted to do a quick summer list before it ends!! lol Have you ever tried any of these? What are your summer beauty picks?
